Fischer Pd1-21 Type 150, 151 | Years of issue 1919-1920

There are two types of Wolanka local postage due overprints. Wolanka was incorporated into the Ukraine.

Wolanka type 150 is a black or violet wooden handstamp overprint ("PORTO", size 23 x 6 mm).

Wolanka type 151 is a black or red rubber handstamp overprint ("porto", size 18 x 6 mm).
