These stamps show the coat of arms of Poland, the eagle, with inscriptions. ZWYKŁA was used for regular official mail and POLECONA was used for registered official mail. These stamps were issued for the 10th anniversary of the people's republic (see the Roman X displayed below the Polish eagle).
