Austrian postage stamps (Michel 186-189, 196-199, 204, 212-214 and 221-223) and Austrian postage due stamps (Michel 47, 49, 52, 55, 58 and 61) were overprinted with a Polish eagle (without crown) (size: 15½ x 19¾ mm). Red overprints of this type can be found on Austrian postage stamps (Michel 185, 194-195, 198, 222a and 224) and on an Austrian express stamp (Michel 218). Black overprints were made on Michel 186-189, 196-197, 199, 204, 212-214, 221 and 223.
